With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Coach Tesha has dedicated her career to empowering women to live healthier, stronger lives. Specializing in training women of all ages, Tesha has a particular passion for helping women aged 35 and older rediscover their strength, confidence, and vitality.


Coach Tesha’s expertise goes beyond fitness—she combines her deep knowledge of strength training, nutrition, and holistic wellness to create personalized programs that meet each client where they are. Whether working one-on-one, leading small group sessions, or coaching larger classes, Tesha’s supportive and energetic style inspires women to push past their limits while embracing a balanced lifestyle.


As a wife, mom, and business owner, Tesha understands the challenges women face balancing careers, family, and self-care. Her commitment to building a judgment-free, welcoming environment where women feel strong and supported sets her apart in the fitness industry.

Hi, I'm Pamesha, known as Coach P, a certified personal trainer at Femnonmenal Fitness. My approach combines strength training with balanced nutrition, focusing on both physical and mental wellness. My fitness journey began with yoga in 2021, and joining my first gym in 2022 ignited my passion for fitness training.


I find fulfillment in helping clients achieve their goals while maintaining a strong commitment to my own professional development. Currently pursuing certifications in nutrition, online coaching, strength and conditioning, and corrective form exercises, I'm dedicated to expanding my expertise to better serve my clients.


With extensive experience in personal training and a passion for holistic wellness, I deliver personalized programs that drive lasting results. My mission is to empower clients on their fitness journeys while creating a supportive, motivating environment for sustainable success.

Yogi Maneika


Maneika is a passionate 200-hour certified yoga teacher, dedicated to supporting women’s health and well-being. As a mom of three, she understands the unique challenges and rewards that come with balancing family, work, and self-care.

Through her yoga practice, Maneika aims to empower women to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and find strength and serenity in the midst of their busy lives.

Her classes emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and a holistic approach to wellness, with a focus on fostering both physical and emotional resilience.

Whether you’re a new mom, navigating midlife changes, or simply seeking a moment of calm in your hectic day, Maneika offers a welcoming space to explore the transformative power of yoga.

Outside of teaching, she is deeply committed to ongoing education in women’s health, offering resources and support to help her students thrive in all stages of life.

Latonya Wise 


LaTonya Wise is a dedicated dancer, choreographer, and movement educator based in Athens, GA. A wife and mother of four, she began her dance journey at the age of 11, quickly falling in love with the art. Her formal training started at East Athens Educational Dance Center, where she studied ballet, tap, modern, and jazz.

She went on to perform with renowned companies, including Jacksonville Centre of the Arts, DanceFX Concert Dance Company, and the University of Georgia Ballet Ensemble. She has also explored and performed West African dance with Toni Young (Uhuru Dancers).

In 2013, after earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Marketing Management, LaTonya founded WiseXpressions Dance Studio Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing students with strong technical foundations while also introducing them to the competitive dance world.

Though the studio closed due to COVID-19, her 30-year dance background allows her to continue teaching and choreographing for both children and adults.

LaTonya is currently a rehearsal coach and ballet, jazz, and tap instructor at Namari Dance Center, where she helps young dancers refine their technique and performance skills. She also teaches adult dance classes in Athens, GA offering a mix of styles, including jazz, seduction, stretch, and conditioning, to help individuals build confidence, strength, and fluidity in movement.

In addition to in-person instruction, LaTonya shares her passion for dance and conscious movement through online platforms, offering weekly stretch classes and creative movement sessions. She is committed to helping students not only develop technique but also embrace the expressive and healing power of dance.

Pariis García, aka Coach Pariis, is a dedicated personal trainer with over 8 years of experience in fitness, training, and holistic wellness. A mother of two, her journey in athletics began as a Division 1 track and field athlete in college, where she developed the discipline and mental toughness required for high-level performance. After transitioning to professional running for Puerto Rico, she discovered her true passion for fitness and nutrition, recognizing how crucial they are to achieving optimal performance and overall health.



Driven by this passion, Coach Pariis earned her certification in Wholistic Nutrition and became an ISSA-certified personal trainer. She combines her love for sports with a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts both fitness and well-being.



As a mother and coach, Coach Pariis understands the importance of balance and wellness in everyday life. She offers a holistic approach to training, creating personalized coaching programs to help individuals at all levels achieve their goals. Whether you’re an athlete striving for peak performance or a busy parent looking to improve your health, Coach Pariis is committed to providing tailored workouts and nutrition plans that fit your unique lifestyle.

Antwanette – Yoga & Stretch Therapy Specialist


I’m Antwanette, a yoga and stretch therapy specialist dedicated to helping clients find peace, mobility, and relaxation through mindful movement. With over a decade of personal practice, my laid-back yet expert approach creates a peaceful environment where clients can release tension, restore balance, and improve overall well-being.

I combine yoga with Stretch Therapy, SRT (Slow Stretch Release Technique), and Thai Mat Flow—blending Thai Massage and Thai Yoga—to enhance flexibility, mobility, and deep healing. My work focuses on key body systems, addressing chronic pain, trauma, nervous system regulation, and movement limitations through gentle, intentional techniques.
