Cancellation Policy


At Femnomenal Fitness, we understand that life happens and plans can change. Please review our cancellation policies below for training sessions and memberships:


Training Session Cancellations


All training session cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations must be submitted through our booking platform to be valid. Sessions not canceled through the booking system within the 24-hour window will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Sessions canceled within the policy timeframe can be rescheduled at your convenience.


Membership Cancellations


Membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice submitted by form. Once cancellation notice is received, one final monthly payment will be charged. All cancellations must be submitted via email and will not be processed through phone calls or in-person requests. After the 30-day notice period and final payment, your membership will be officially canceled. You may still use your membership within the 30 day period.


Discount Memberships


If a discounted membership is canceled or paused, the member will lose the discount and must return at the current full membership rate if they choose to rejoin.
